East of England Death Literacy Survey

Death literacy is the knowledge and skills that people need to make it possible to gain access to, understand, and make informed choices about end-of-life care options.

The East of England Death Literacy Survey is a study supported by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Applied Research Collaboration East of England (NIHR ARC EoE) at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.

By taking part in the survey, you will help researchers identify Death Literacy learning opportunities in your area of the East of England.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and you will receive your own Death Literacy Score (out of a maximum of 10) at the end of the survey.
